Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person buying for purposes that are mainly outside your trade, business or profession) in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
The contract for AI Client Trust Passport is concluded between you and Paddle, which acts as the seller of record and merchant of record. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Paddle of your decision by a clear statement. The simplest way is the withdrawal function in the Paddle Customer Portal, which you reach through the "Manage subscription" or "Manage transaction" link in your confirmation email or on paddle.net. You can also use the model withdrawal form below, or contact us at support@libebox.com and we will pass your request on to Paddle without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, you receive a refund of all payments made for the withdrawn purchase. The refund goes to the payment method you used, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day Paddle receives your notice. You pay no fee for the refund. Access to the product ends once the refund is issued. If you withdraw from a subscription, you cancel it from that point on and no further charges follow.
3. Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
Your right of withdrawal expires early for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (for example the Member Starter Pack, templates and downloadable files) if all of the following apply: you expressly agreed, before the content was made available, that it may be made available immediately; you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the supply begins; and the supply has begun, for example because you started a download or opened the content. This early expiry applies to the digital content that was actually supplied. It does not remove any other statutory right, including your rights if the content is defective.
4. Model withdrawal form
Use this form only if you want to withdraw and cannot use the withdrawal function in the Paddle Customer Portal.

5. Business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you buy for your trade, business or profession. Statutory warranty rights and the cancellation rules in the Terms remain unaffected.
